Edoardo Monaco is the Associate Professor&Acting Head of the Department of Social Sciences at Beijing Normal University-Hong Kong Baptist University United International College. He has been living in China for more than ten years. In a recent interview at the 2024 World Green Design Forum, he said, China is really establishing itself as a shining light on a hill. For their own development, many countries in the developing world can draw inspiration from China.
